The following attachment types are supported:
Image types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf
MS Office formats: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, ppsx
Other: pages, zip, txt, csv, html
Most other documents can be saved as a supported pdf format.
