To build your college recruiting profile, login to your account on the web application. Navigate to your player profile, the select “Recruiting” tab. From there select “Start your Recruiting Profile” to begin.
Use the information in the General tab to provide some basic information. The player contact email and phone number can only be edited by one of the player’s primary contacts.
Use the Soccer tab to provide soccer specific information like position and primary foot.
Use the Academic tab to provide academic information. This is important for college recruitment.
Use the Videos tab to include highlight videos. Byga also supports Trace videos in this section.
Use the Photos tab to include a player photo. The roster photo is used by default and the club logo is used as the banner image by default.
When a player recruiting profile needs to be deleted, this can be done from the Delete tab. If merging duplicate players, only one can have a recruiting profile. The one recruiting profile is retained in a player merge. Once you finish building your profile, you must publish your profile. Leaving it in draft mode will not allow coaches access. Once published, you have a personal link attached to your specific profile. You can include this link in emails to college coaches to give them a glimpse at who you are before they see you play.
