Web credentials not working on Mobile Application



The same credentials are used for both Web. and Mobile applications. Your email address is your user id. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Unable to log in to the Mobile App. but able to log in to the Web.

Suggestions are:

  1. Log completely out of the Web. version
    • Profile located in the upper right-hand corner
    • Under your profile/silhouette → Logout
  2. Manually login to the Web. typing in your password to confirm, do not use autofill if prompted.
  3. Log into Mobile App.
    • Using the same credentials used for the Web.
    • Show password by selecting the "eye" icon
    • If you are still unable to log into the mobile app. → “Trouble logging in? Click here”
    • A  link will be sent to your inbox, follow the instructions in the email.
